This hydrophobic PTFE pleated filter cartridge is specially engineered to repel aqueous liquids while enabling unimpeded gas & organic solvent passage, which is the core difference from hydrophilic PTFE filters that are dedicated to aqueous phase filtration. It maintains stable hydrophobicity even under high humidity and pressure conditions, effectively preventing liquid penetration and avoiding filter blockage caused by moisture condensation. The pleated structure maximizes filtration area while ensuring low flow resistance, perfectly balancing high filtration precision and smooth flux for continuous operation.
