Beer

Beer raw material: Barley, brewing water, hops, yeast and auxiliary raw starch (corn, rice, barley, wheat, etc.) and secondary raw materials such as sugar.

Beer production including Malting / worst manufacturing, pre-fermentation, fermentation, filtration sterilization, packaging and other several processes.

Filtration purpose:

1. Brewing water: removing particles, microorganism etc, guaranting quality of water.

2. Brewing gas: removing particles, microorganism.

3. Mixture of water and spirits:removing Suspended solids, pastes (proteins, carbohydrates and other mixtures), microorganisms.

Filtration requirement:

1. High flow rate and good filtration efficiency.

2. Good sterile filtration and long life service time.

3. Low binding and adsporption.

Wine

Wine is a kind of spirit beverage, which made by fresh grape or grape juice. It’s including red wine / white wine. The former is soaked and fermented by red grape with peel. The latter is made by fermentative grape juice.

Filtration purpose:

1. Removing particle and Turbidity (proteins, carbohydrates, pectin, etc.)

2. Removing yeast, bacteria etc microorganism, improving quality of wine.

Filtration purpose:

1. High dirt holding.

2. Good ability of Microbiological interception and have long service time.

3. Low binding and adsportion.
